The agenda changes each month — guided and sound meditations; Taoist stillness practices; Lattice energy exercises; creation and manifestation exercises; Egyptian alchemy; balancing and evolving your chakras, endocrine system and electromagnetic field; past-life regressions; meditations to connect with your Inner Being and receive guidance — but the outcome is always the same:

Most people refer to it as their monthly “tune-up.” No specific experience is necessary and all are welcome to attend. It’s a great opportunity to take care of yourself, be supported by your Inner Being, and connect with a wonderful community.

Research has shown that meditating in a group magnifies the experience for each participant, and that when you enter these more expanded states of being it is neurologically and physiologically impossible to experience stress.
