1. I understand that our work together is completely confidential, and that Mary will not share my information with anyone.
2. I agree to be on time for each appointment and that billing for my session begins at the scheduled time.
3. I understand that payment is due at the time of the session, and that Mary accepts cash and checks; and Visa/Mastercard/Paypal for a 3.95% fee.
4. I agree that if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment that I will text or email Mary as soon as I become aware of my need to change the appointment, with a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the appointment. I understand that I will pay the $160 fee if 48-hours’ notice is not given.
5. I understand that if I am a no-show for any reason that I remain responsible for paying the $160 fee.
6.. I understand that Mary does not send reminder texts or emails for appointments, and that it is my responsibility to have a reliable means to track appointments.
7. I understand that in the event of bad weather that Mary will contact me to decide if we want to keep the appointment as is, shift to a Virtual/Phone or Distance Healing Session, or reschedule. All cancellation fees are waived in this circumstance.
8. I understand that Mary does not accept insurance or work with insurance companies in any way.
