The benefits of meditating are plentiful: it reduces stress and anxiety, promotes emotional health, enhances self-awareness, lengthens attention span, reduces memory loss, generates kindness, helps fight addiction, and increases brain function. It just makes us feel a whole lot better.
Neuroscience shows us that when we meditate, intentionally running specific scenarios through our frontal lobe, we assemble new neural nets to fire in different sequences, combinations and patterns, thus creating a new level of mind.
The repetitive firing and wiring of these new neural networks makes stronger, more lasting synaptic connections that create the new experience. In other words, what you focus on through repetition is what you create.

All of my products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. If a product is defective, you may return it for a replacement. Otherwise, CDs are not returnable.
Please allow 5-7 business days for U.S. orders and up to 14-21 business days for international orders, not including any delays that may occur with customs, holidays, weather, and any postal delays that may occur in your country.

You can pay for your online purchase using the shopping cart and PayPal system, which will take any major credit card or your PayPal membership.

How to Download MP3s
All of my MP3 downloads include the entire contents of the original CD, with each track being a separate MP3 file. This standard format will play on virtually any computer or portable audio player, including iPods.
Because of the size of these files, I recommend only users with access to a broadband internet connection purchase MP3 downloads.
After checkout and completed payment, you will be e-mailed a link to download your purchase. Be sure to provide a valid email address! You will be allowed up to 1 week to download your MP3 files. At that time the link will expire.
If you do not receive your download link, the e-mail may have been flagged as spam. Check your spam filters. If that doesn’t work, please e-mail me.
Before you download, be sure you are familiar with your own computer set-up and requirements, as each computer setting is different and has different download procedures. Once you download, it’s a final transaction! MP3 downloads are not refundable.
